Members who miss monthly installments are not eligible for the lucky draw that month. Paid installments are not refunded under any circumstances.
No. Cash will not be given instead of prizes under any circumstances. All prizes are awarded as listed in the prize plan.

Prizes are delivered after verification. The organizers' decision is final regarding prize delivery timelines. Winners are contacted immediately after the live draw.
Remaining members who do not win any draw can select consolation prizes from the available pool. Consolation prizes will be distributed within 50 days of the final draw and cannot be changed once selected.
